Shipping
Weems Creek Solutions ships to the US and internationally within 24
hours from approved payment or shipping is FREE.* Shipping costs to all
US states are listed in the product description. For international
shipments shipping costs will be determined by contacting us by email
(see "Contact Us") with your specific location in advance of payment.
We will generally provide you the shipping cost by email in less than
24 hours. We ship via USPS or UPS.
Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do
so securely by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard,
Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders. All financial
transactions are processed via a secure SSL server.
If you use a credit card, your order will ship within 24 hours. If you
pay by money order or cashier's check, your order will ship 5 business
days after we receive your money order or cashier's check.
Return Policy/Warranty
Weems Creek Solutions will accept returns of product with
manufacturer's defects for up to 30 days from date of purchase for a
fully functional replacement.
For returns not related to manufacturer's defects, Weems Creek Solutions will issue store credit
for the value of the item, provided the item is 100% complete,
returned in its original packaging,
and in new and resalable condition.
All returned items will be tested and inspected prior to issuing the credit. In certain circumstances, a restocking fee of 15% may apply for items
returned for reasons other than defects. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For all returns, the customer must contact Weems Creek Solutions via
email in advance for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and send
in the original proof of purchase with the return item. Return
shipping is the customer's responsibility. After 30 days all sales are
final.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number,
address, etc. which is provided by our customers is used to complete
the order. It may also be used for notifying customers about new
products and services, discounts, and special promotions. Financial
information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing
address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. Weems
Creek Solutions does not share contact or financial information it
receives with any third parties.
Pop-up Free Code Of Conduct
We do not serve pop-up or pop-under advertising on our Web site.
We do not offer services that install hidden, ad-supported programs
onto users' computers on our Web site.
We do not knowingly work with companies who engage in advertising
through spyware, hidden ad-supported downloads or similar ad activities,
to drive users to our Web site.
