The Kaito KA 33 AM and Short Wave antenna is designed to
significantly boost the signal strength of radio signals across the AM
and Shortwave spectrum without requiring an extensive and unsightly
outdoor array. This is the perfect solution for an apartment or
condominium dweller or a hotel room traveler who is interested in
dramatically boosting either weak signals or signals from very distant
worldwide locations.
This compact antenna system ships in a 9” X 6” X 2” box that weighs
about ½ pound; however, the components could easily be carried in a
suitcase in a much smaller bundle. The components include a 6”
telescoping antenna which expands to 15”, a control box, an amplifier
box and associated cables and connectors. The package also includes a
suction cup to attach the antenna to an available window pane. There are
a variety of plugs and connectors for attaching the antenna to various
styles of radios including a ferrite bar for coupling to an AM radio
without a direct wire-to-wire connection.
This is an active amplified antenna powered by two AAA batteries. It is
designed to work with AM or Short Wave receivers from any manufacturer.
Weems Creek Solutions is pleased to offer this latest generation antenna
at a significant discount to the manufacturer’s list price.
The Kaito KA33 carries the Weems Creek 30 day replacement guarantee and
the one year USA manufacturer’s warranty and a complete English language
manual.
