Greenlite 9W CFL Globe Bulb - 40W Equivalent

The Greenlite 9W/ELG Globe light is designed either for decorative drop lights or for the decorative fixture strips commonly installed in the bathrooms of both new homes and premium upgrades. The bulb provides a pleasing diffuse warm light to complement the room décor yet uses only 11 Watts of power to provide essentially the same 500 lumens of light that would be otherwise provided by a 40 watt incandescent bulb.

A typical bathroom would have a strip of 4 to 8 individual bulbs. Since each bulb is projected to save $21 over its estimated 5 year life, the savings for the room could total over $160 which would be a 73% savings of the total energy cost.

This bulb carries the Energy Star tag confirming that it is a partner in our national effort to reduce energy consumption. It also carries the UL label and FCC certification. It is not designed for use with dimmers or for use outside or in a damp environment.
